As I wrote before, too hot or to cold is not ideal, not balanced. So what is the effect of unbalanced Ida & Pingala and how do we balance it?

Ida is the symbol of slow and subtle, some scriptures refer it as feminine. Too dominant with this type of energy can make people too lazy, slow and passive. And the opposite is Pingala, the symbol of passion and movement, scriptures refer it as masculine. Too dominant with it can make people reckless, temperamental.

In my previous post titled Nadis, there was not so much information about Ida and Pingala, and I would like to add some more.

After initiation or energy exercises, some sensitive friends of mine asking about the sensation they had. Some of them feel something moving, tingling on their spine area, some with the addition of cool or warm feeling inside their body or just some area of their body. Is it good or bad?

Broccoli Exercise is very good for cleansing the specific area in your body that feels unwell or having a problem. This exercise is called Broccoli because the energy shape in this exercise looks like stalks of broccoli. If you are not clairvoyance yet, you need to visualize the process in this exercise to gain better experience and noticeable sensation.
