Broccoli Exercise

Broccoli Exercise is very good for cleansing the specific area in your body that feels unwell or having a problem. This exercise is called Broccoli because the energy shape in this exercise looks like stalks of broccoli. If you are not clairvoyance yet, you need to visualize the process in this exercise to gain better experience and noticeable sensation.

Pick the area in your body as your target of cleansing. Imagine this area is full of broccoli-colored energy and quite solid in appearance, these green bubbles then wrap negativities spread in this area. Visualize your Kundalini energies (change it to good energies if you are not attuned to Reiki Tummo yet)  in your body are pushing those bubbles wrapping the negativities to exit your body. Imagine those bubbles are slowly floating to the surface, and as it leave your body the color of the bubbles are become brighter. The green bubbles are turning into light green bubbles. Then as it released out from your skin, they are turning to gold resembles the ripening of the broccoli tops. And all the negativities inside are burnt into dust and disappeared.

These techniques are very likely to cleanse your Shushumna to allow your Kundalini energies which are always flowing from your Base Chakra to Crown Chakra to travel smoothly. Clean Shushumna will minimize the heat in certain area during Kundalini arousal because of blockage at this area. You can do this exercise while you are sitting or lying down.

Broccoli, this is the vegetable :D Broccoli, this is the vegetable :D

Maybe you find this visualization; especially the name of this exercise is quite ridiculous. But I encourage you to try it first before making any prejudgement. You’ll be surprised how it is actually working, like I did.
