A few days ago I received an email from a Reiki foundation that amused me a bit. The email sent by not their founder but their representation, here in Bali, let's just call him Mr. Who. On said email Mr.Who ask me to quit using the term 'Reiki Tummo' for my attunement, because he said that this term is already registered as their Intellectual Property Right in Indonesia. After a few debates via emails then I choosed to 'surrender', cause I know that I can't fight the foundation with money in their pockets. Even though it's common to say that Tummo is Tibetan word for inner fire or Kundalini, so Reiki with an addition of Kundalini practice may called Kundalini Reiki or Reiki Tummo. So I just said : "forgive me for taking your potential customers to choose my free service over yours"
What bring me to post this topic is.. Mr. Who also stated that "free spirituality help is not humanly exists" If I give something I shoud receive something in return. Hmm.. What about Shri Shivarudra Balayogi who once attuned me to Dhyana Meditation, that was for free too.
In my opinion we can not always giving something and expecting something in return, especially in the matter of spirituality. I believe that if we give something to someone (i.e. free Reiki attunement ha..ha..), the one who will pay it back someday might be not the same person you gave before, but I'm sure it's a good Karma for me. And because I believe in Karma, maybe those people I gave attunement were already help me sometimes in their previous life. So who were helping first, I don't know, better giving than receiving.
Consider it's just a good deeds. That reminds me of this site about people and their good deeds. A kid write his good deeds on these site: "One day I was at home and I was watching a movie and in the middle of the movie my cousin came and wanted to play games, so I let him play it." Simple huh, so everybody can do good deeds. I encourage you to do it also, send me a dollar :P

I'm no expert at these things... but I agree with you that sharing is a joy, especially when u don't expect anything in return.
You're welcome, share the Reiki with others and you are in the chain of good deeds.
