Deja Vu

Deja Vu is a movie back in 2006, starring Denzel Washington and directed by Tony Scott. But I don't want to talk about movie here, I just want to share my confusion about what is it, Deja Vu?
In case you don't know, Deja Vu is the French term for "already seen", it happens when you are doing something, or going somewhere but you have a strong feeling that you have already been through the same experience before.
There are some scientific theories about this but none is satisfied enough for me, just imagine this: "conflicts in the brain's handling of short-term and long-term memory" So the scientist think that I am in the process of becoming Coo-Coo 
I have this experiences twice or more, not so often but still significant. That's why I want to know more about this Deja Vu stuff. These are what I found, the spirituality theories, the more abstract explanations that more soothing than the scientific ones:
- Clairvoyance/Precognition, the ability to see the future.
- Dreams/Astral Travel, this is what has happened to me. Some dreams of trivial activities but none of them are important to remember. Why the Astral Travel took me to the trivial experiences instead of the substantial, I don't know.
- Reincarnation, past-life memories come to surface when they visit some place they had been visited in their past-life. I agree with this theory because my friends had the experience, some of them didn't believe in reincarnation in the first place.
I hope I know for sure about Deja Vu, but I don't. Maybe I'm just waiting for more vivid experience to know better. Be patient ...

I went to Eastern Lombok for the first time, but it seemed like I knew exactly what I will head on the road, what’s on it and how it is looked like. And I can described an old setting of one house in Selong. When I told my parent about it, they weren’t surprise. My mom believed that I’m the reincarnation of her big brother, while he worked in Selong in the year of 60’s and he lived in that house.
Maybe this is the example of De Javu by reincarnation.
