Grounding

Let me introduce you to Grounding Technique. You may add it to your daily practices if you have the time, and if you want better health and energy protection 
This exercise will help you to cleanse your body better, connect yourself to the earth for better protection.
You can do this exercise while sitting cross-legged on the floor (Siddhasana, or Padmasana) or sitting normally on the chair. Refer to my previous post about meditation. And after you have reached the state of calmness do as follows:
- To ground yourself, imagine or visualize that you have developed roots that grow from your Base Chakra (if you're doing it while sitting cross-legged) or from your Sole of Foot Chakra (Minor Chakra, if you're doing it while sitting on chair) deep into the earth.
- Allow your awareness to drop deep down to the ground with the roots until you feel physically heavier. Feel it that you are rooted to the center of the mother earth.
- Now, visualize that you are releasing your negative energy through your roots. The earth will neutralize it, that's why we called this exercise "Grounding".
- Then, ask for extra energy from the earth, draw it up. Let the earth's energy come up through the roots into your body.
- Feel the energy coming through your lower Chakra and going up to the higher Chakra, one by one and slowly.
- Finally it will coming out of the top of your head, your Crown Chakra.
- On the top of your head the earth's energy
- After it go out, mix this earth's energy with spiritual energy in the air outside.
- This fusion energy will then fall down, showering back to your body like a rain, through your cells. Enjoy the sensation.
As always, if you don’t feel anything just visualize it as it is written here. Cause it is still happening even that you missed all or some of the sensations.
