Healing with Reiki can be accomplished at a distance just as easily as in person, this statement can be proven as long as you keep an open mind and try this by yourself. Just like Einstein theory about bending time and space, just like you wished your friend or family a good luck or pray for them to recover from illness, those are the simple example of energy transfer.

You can do this just like the way you send it in person only now you have to picture the destination in your mind instead of see the person visually. Before you are starting to send distance healing, as usually pray for God's blessing, mention in your mind who is the intended person and where are this person location. Remember to make an appointment where and when the healing would take place, this is important to let your energy travel smoothly because you already have his/her approval. Tell the person to feel the coming of this healing energy he/she should concentrate on the time agreed, it would be better to receive it while meditating.

How about if you don't have the time to do it in the same time with the intended person? Or worse, you forgot to send it on the agreed time? No need to worry, as energy doesn't bound with time and space, just send it on your free time before or after the agreed time and intend it to arrive on the agreed time. As long as the intended person don't know about your late sending, the healing energy will work just fine. But if you forget about your appointment totally in several days .. then you should be the one who need healing
